Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Full Stack Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to increase ROI and drive traffic.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and message across all digital platforms.
SEO and Analytics:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage and expand our audience.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure budget efficiency and goal achievement.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Website Management:
- Maintain and update the company’s website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement necessary changes and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
