Milite Products are backed by our comprehensive warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The warranty is effective from the date of final installation and commissioning of the ordered products, extending solely to the original End User and is non-transferable. The End User refers to the ultimate purchaser acquiring the products from Milite for personal use and not for resale, re-marketing, or distribution purposes.

A product will not be deemed defective, and Milite will not undertake repair or replacement if the product: (1) is not installed and utilized as per Milite’s written specifications, installation, care, maintenance, and user guides; (2) has been subjected to misuse or abusive damage. The Covered Product must at all times be situated in the designated building as specified by the original billing document, ensuring it remains dry, fully enclosed, and protected from natural elements and calamities.

Defects in material or workmanship do not include damage to a product, or failure of a product to function properly, resulting from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) acts of nature; (c) unauthorized product alterations made without Milite’s expressed written authorization; (d) natural variations in color or texture found in wood, fabric, and leather; (e) natural aging of materials such as wood, fabric, and leather, resulting in color changes during use; (f) dye lot variations in fabric, leather, or partition covering; (g) transfer of dyes from clothing onto our seating materials.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The warranty is based on the Product Family from the date of the final invoice for all orders placed through our official website, www.militefurniture.com, subject to adherence to the care and usage instructions provided. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty terms applicable to each product. We assure you that all Milite products are manufactured free from defects in materials or workmanship, with exceptions as outlined below.

Care & Usage:

Dos:

– Use industry-standard stationary for whiteboard markers.
– Use industry-standard cleaning liquids as recommended.
– Utilize all accessories for their specified purpose only.
– Handle all glass components with extreme care.
– Use appropriate magnets for magnetic boards.
– All disassembly or alterations must be conducted by Milite technicians only.

Dont’s:

– Drag sharp or metallic objects across the work surface.
– Avoid sitting on the work surface, as it is intended solely for IT equipment.
– Drag or move partitions; this should be done by Milite technicians.
– Use strong solvents like petrol/spirit/thinner for cleaning white marker boards, laminates, fabrics, and leather.
– Spill any liquid on partition walls.
– Engage in any form of abuse toward or on the furniture.
